Niko Bolduc is a Montreal-based photographer whose work is rooted in portraiture and street photography. From the beginning, his images have been revolving around people, not only showing their appearance, but the stories that shaped them.

To deepen his practice, he chose to pursue a degree in Journalism with a minor in Sociology, grounding his image-making in narrative and cultural context. His approach blends the discipline of reportage with a strong visual sensibility, creating work that is both human driven and documentary in nature.

Fluent in both traditional silver-based processes and modern digital workflows, Niko moves seamlessly between analog and digital; from shooting through retouching and printing. His versatility allows him to adapt to each project's demands while maintaining a consistent, thoughtful vision.

Working at the intersection of photography and documentary storytelling, Niko seeks out challenging projects that push him to explore new perspectives and uncover untold stories.
